Probably should have used some creative licence here as that apple slice looks like it's been hanging around under a lamp for an hour or so.

- Art is in my blood. My mother and many of my aunts and cousins are artists, so there's been no escaping it's influence in my life. I am a self taught, self doubting artist and hungry to learn. Previously I have worked mainly in pen and ink and in watercolor however more recently I decided to concentrate on working in oil. I'm emulating the daily painter movement. An ever growing number of painters who are committed to the discipline of creating one small painting every day or almost every day.
